Our services include collecting rents, making collection calls, and handling all tenant issues including maintenance requests and housing inspections.

How long have you been in business?
Over 20 years in the real estate industry, we serve Southern California; the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino. we are members of the Whittier Chamber of Commerce, Apartment Association Southern Cities, National Apartment Association, California Realtor Association, and the National Association of Realtors.
How long does it take to fill a vacant property?

A Single-family home is usually rented within two to three weeks. We have established relationships with not Insurance companies looking for Short term rentals, government agencies such as Section 8 and the Homeless Veterans Coalition which allow us to expedite vacancies.

When do I get my rent money?

Most owner draws are done the between the 10th & 15th of the month. This allows for processing of the rents and time for them to clear our broker trust account.

What day of the Month will I get my Rent deposited?

Single family owner draws are deposited between 10th & 12th of the month, 4 Units and above are deposited between 18th & 20th of the month. These timelines allow for rents to clear our account, for all bills to post and be paid.

Are you bonded & insured?

Yes, we carry 1 million dollars of liability & Errors and Omissions insurance that also covers our owners.

Do you handle property maintenance?

Yes! We work with many licensed vendors and have a full time Handyman that services our properties. Should you have a preferred Vendor you would like us to work with, we have no problem using them to service your property.

Do you handle evictions?

We handle the process through an eviction company on your behalf. We work with A Competent Eviction Attorney.
Understanding that there are common pitfalls and crucial mistakes is why it is so important to work with a competent attorney who knows the law to prevent your case from being thrown out of court. We can do this the fastest for you because landlord / tenant law changes monthly and daily. We stay up today of the law to make sure you are staying on top of the latest changes and your case proceeds without delay.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees, the only additional fee, besides your monthly management fees, is a $125.00 court appearance fee should we need to appear on your behalf.

How often do I get an accounting of my property?

Owner statements are issued via email or regular mail depending on owners’ preference, mostly monthly. A year end statement to take to your tax preparer is also issued at the end of the year with your 1099 for your collected rents.
